This one is the motherload. If you thought that you couldn't get anything done because you *only* had 15 minutes, you are about to amaze yourself. Fifteen minutes can make a HUGE difference if you just quit whining and get to work! The hardest part for me is stopping when the timer goes off! You can do this! Pick a task and set a timer for 15 minutes and you will be so proud of what you can accomplish!

Yup, this was the hardest thing for me to get over. It really works! I get so distracted, and it keeps me focused. I can't stop at 15, either!
